Music Soundtracks The original music and background can be just as important as the film itself. Some big movies have been rememberd for their music. (Chariots of Fire) For this reason the Toronto Short Film Project give great emphasis to the people who create the music, the soundtrack composers. The composer members will see to it that the shorts we produce get the music that may give the shorts that long lasting feeling with the sounds which tug at our emotions. Composers are welcome to bring in their ready made music to fit with some shorts as well as creating a soundtrack from scratch custom made for a particular film. One of the new features we are exploring is creating a music room where composers can view the finished film and add a soundtrack in our room with proper audio equipment. One new feature will be a music night where film makers come in to listen to some musical scores created by our member composers.
